History:
The Carey-Picabo Chamber of Commerce was founded as an Idaho-based nonprofit organization in March of 2017, and gained 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status in June of 2017. It is atypical as far as chambers of commerce go, in that it combines the economic thrust of a normal chamber with civic and cultural emphases that are essential to the overall well-being of our communities. It carries on the fine work done in past years by CERG, the Carey Economic Revitalization Group. The Chamber also has a strong working relationship with the Carey City Council and mayor.
